What kind of video projects do you do?
We specialize in professional scripted commercial, broadcast and corporate production
but will gladly provide services for event videography such as public speaking, tradeshow videos, special occasions, training, etc.

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday but we often work nights and weekends to accommodate shoot and project requirements. Office is by appointment only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
What are your production project policies?
We generally require 50% up fron and %50 on completion before we will schedule a production project. This is entirely at our discretion.
If a 50% deposit has been paid and you cancel within 24 hours of the shoot time we will keep the deposit but will apply it to a shoot on a future date as long as that date is within 6 months of the original shoot date. Payment is due before the master media file is delivered unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.
What is your turnaround time?
We generally try to complete projects in 5-10 business days from the shoot date (if applicable), but this varies according to the requirements of the project.
Can you finish my project in 1 day?
Our rush fee is an additional 50% (time and a half)
Do you do broadcast commercials?
Yes
Can you do Green Screen?
Yes, we have a portable green screen. Options are available for renting a cyc wall space.
Do you have studio space we can shoot in?
No, but there are several options available for rent.
Do you convert video for websites and YouTube?
Yes
Do you rent camera equipment, microphones, projectors, etc?
No, we do not rent any equipment.
What is included in your day-rate for shooting?
HD or SD 3-chip camera, tripod, basic 3 light kit including soft box, wireless lavaliere mic, handheld mic,
fluid head tripod, tapes and experienced videographer.
What kind of cameras do you shoot with?
We only use 3-chip broadcast quality digital video cameras. We shoot on the Sony HVR-V1U HDV for HD as well as the Canon XL-1 camera for
standard definition. We can also shoot on BetacamSP, Sony XDCAM, DVCPRO and others-additional fees will apply.
How much video will a DVD hold?
Up to 2 hours
